Job summary

Gallagher is seeking a Junior Producing Broker to join our Large & Complex team in Sweden (Stockholm or Gothenburg). You will work with leading Swedish and international clients on liability, property, cyber, and financial risks, while learning from experienced brokers and advisors.

Qualifications

• University degree in law, business, finance, or related field.
• Experience in insurance, underwriting, claims, risk management, or legal services is advantageous but not required.
• Fluent in English and able to communicate effectively in an international business environment.

Responsibilities

• Participate in client meetings and advisory work with large corporate clients.
• Support the development of existing client relationships and identify new business opportunities.
• Analyze risks, exposures, and insurance solutions.
• Prepare presentations, market analyses, and client materials.
• Collaborate with insurers and colleagues across our global network.
• Gradually build your own client portfolio and business responsibility.

Are you looking to build a career in client advisory, business development, and insurance while working with some of Sweden's most complex and international corporate clients?

Gallagher is seeking a Junior Producing Broker to join our Large & Complex team in Stockholm or Gothenburg. We work with leading Swedish and international companies, many operating across multiple countries and facing complex risks within Liability, Property, Cyber, and Financial Lines.

As part of our continued growth, you will join an entrepreneurial and ambitious team, working closely with experienced brokers and advisors. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain deep insight into international risk management, develop strong client relationships, and gradually take on increasing business responsibility.

About You

We are looking for someone with a strong ambition to develop professionally and a genuine interest in business development, relationship building, and client advisory.
