Gallagher Sweden seeks a Junior Producing Broker to join the Large & Complex team in Stockholm or Gothenburg, serving Swedish and international clients across Liability, Property, Cyber, and Financial Lines. You will work with veteran brokers to build relationships, analyze risks, and gradually take on your own client portfolio ensuring growth and cross-border solutions.

English fluency and a business or law/finance background are valued; this role offers international exposure and a path to

Qualifications

University degree in law, business or finance or related field.
Experience in insurance, underwriting, claims, risk management, or legal services is advantageous but not required.
Valued areas: Liability Insurance, Commercial and Liability Law, Risk Management, International Business

Responsibilities

Participate in client meetings and advisory work with large corporate clients
Support development of existing client relationships and identify new business opportunities
Analyze risks, exposures, and insurance solutions
Prepare presentations, market analyses, and client materials
Collaborate with insurers and colleagues across Gallagher's global network
Gradually build your own client portfolio and business responsibility
