Job summary

Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. (AJG) is seeking a Junior Producing Broker to join our Large & Complex team in Stockholm or Gothenburg. You will work with leading Swedish and international clients on liability, property, cyber, and financial lines.

This role offers exposure to international risk management and opportunities to gradually take on more client responsibility.

Qualifications

• University degree in law, business, finance, or a related field.
• Experience in insurance, underwriting, claims, risk management or legal services is advantageous but not required.
• Fluency in English with the ability to communicate in an international business environment.

Responsibilities

• Participate in client meetings and advisory work with large corporate clients
• Support the development of existing client relationships and identify new business opportunities

Are you looking to build a career in client advisory, business development, and insurance while working with some of Sweden's most complex and international corporate clients?

Gallagher is seeking a Junior Producing Broker to join our Large & Complex team in Stockholm or Gothenburg. We work with leading Swedish and international companies, many operating across multiple countries and facing complex risks within Liability, Property, Cyber, and Financial Lines.

As part of our continued growth, you will join an entrepreneurial and ambitious team, working closely with experienced brokers and advisors. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain deep insight into international risk management, develop strong client relationships, and gradually take on increasing business responsibility.

About you
