YouGov Sweden AB in Stockholm seeks a driven Junior Business Development Manager to lead growth across the Nordic market. You will identify opportunities, present products, and forge relationships with decision-makers, delivering tailored value.

This role includes training from senior sales professionals, a base salary in SEK 430k–440k per year plus performance-based commission, and a clear path to develop strategic sales plans and client partnerships.

Qualifications

• Passion for marketing and data with a commercial mindset.
• Experience in market research, data analytics, or related industries is a plus.
• Preferable 1–2 years of client-facing B2B sales experience.
• Proven track record in new business development or sales.
• Ability to understand brands’ needs and requests within market research.
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
• Fluent in English and Swedish, both written and spoken.
• Strong organizational skills, managing multiple deadlines with accuracy.
• Collaborative team player with a positive, solution-oriented mindset and confidence in working with numbers and interpreting data.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Nordic market.
• Present YouGov’s products and services to potential clients, demonstrating their value.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
