Job summary

Incluso in Västerås is looking for a Junior Customer Support Specialist for a 6 months limited contract starting September 28, with a potential extension. The role is 100% onsite in Västerås.

You will join the Spare Parts Order Coordinator team and handle order-to-delivery processes, coordinating with Inside Sales, customers and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate, timely orders and invoicing. Fluency in Swedish and English is required.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on orders throughout the delivery process.
• Ensure that customers are invoiced correctly and in accordance with delivered orders.
• Maintain close communication with customers as well as internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth and efficient order process.
• Support the team with administrative and operational activities related to spare parts order management.

About the Assignment

We are looking for a structured and service-oriented Spare Parts Order Coordinator for a consulting assignment within an international industrial organization in Västerås.

In this role, you will be part of a Spare Parts team and take responsibility for coordinating and managing spare parts orders throughout the order-to-delivery process. You will work closely with internal sales teams, customers, and other functions within the organization to ensure that orders are handled efficiently, accurately, and according to agreed terms.

The role combines order management, customer service, administration, documentation, and internal coordination and is well suited for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with many different stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

As a Spare Parts Order Coordinator, you will:

Meritorious

• Previous experience working with SAP.
• Previous experience working with OMS (Order Management Systems).
• Experience in order management, customer service, logistics, spare parts, or a similar operational environment.
