Job summary

Hitachi Energy Sweden AB is seeking an IT Service Manager to act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, IT service providers, and vendors, coordinating the delivery of infrastructure, applications, and end-user IT services.

The role focuses on incident and change management, governance, and continuous improvement, ensuring secure and compliant operations while delivering high customer satisfaction across Sweden.

Qualifications

• Experience in ITIL-based service management and governance.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholder and vendor relationships.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication with both technical and business audiences.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, IT service providers, and vendors.
• Coordinate and oversee delivery of infrastructure, applications, and end-user IT services.
• Manage incidents, service requests, escalations, problem resolution, and change activities.
• Gather documents and prioritize business demands and IT initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with IT governance, cybersecurity, audit requirements, and security standards.
• Drive stable IT operations and continuous service improvement.
