Job summary

Hitachi Energy Västerås in Sweden seeks a Systems Engineer to drive requirements management and verification across key mega projects. You will assist engineers and field experts in analyses to evaluate and balance diverse customer needs, enabling clear prioritization and risk-aware decisions.

You will provide guidance on processes and methods, while hands-on supporting project delivery and coordinating across programs to maintain consistent practices and on-time performance.

Qualifications

• Experience with requirements management and governing principles.
• Experience in large, complex projects and high voltage domain is a merit.
• Experience handling contract requirements to be verified is a merit.
• Values transparency, initiative, positive energy and commitment.
• Skilled in building statistics and KPIs in Excel or PowerBI.
• Detail-oriented with accurate requirements and verification handling.

Responsibilities

• Support mega projects with requirements management and verification to ensure quality.
• Assist engineers and field experts in requirements analysis to balance customer needs.
• Provide process and method guidance and hands-on support for projects.
• Maintain consistent working methods across programs and coordinate between projects.
• Deliver KPI statistics and reporting to engineering leaders under tight schedules.
