Job summary

Hitachi Energy Sweden AB is looking for a Factory IT Site Delivery Manager in Ludvika. In this role, you will lead the Site IT team, manage vendor relationships, and drive service delivery processes to support business needs.

The ideal candidate has at least a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering and over 10 years of experience in Information Systems, including 4 years in IT management. Strong English and Swedish communication skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Information Systems.
• 4+ years in an IT management role.
• Strong communication skills in English and good proficiency in Swedish.
• Proven experience managing complex global IT projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead the Site IT team.
• Act as the main point of contact for IT suppliers.
• Ensure effective ticket management.
• Provide onsite IT infrastructure support.
• Maintain governance and cybersecurity operations.
• Gather and manage business requirements.
• Oversee IT budget planning and cost control.
