Job summary

STARK is seeking a dedicated IT Infrastructure & Security Specialist to own the Swedish office's IT operations. You will manage workstations across Windows, macOS, Linux, and coordinate with global IT & Security teams.

You will implement security standards, handle onboarding/offboarding, asset management, and liaise with the German team to align local with global policies. Swedish language essential; English for daily communication; office-based with weekly home office.

Qualifications

• 1.5+ years in technical support, helpdesk, or system administration.
• Proficiency in Windows and macOS; Linux a plus.
• Nordic language required; Swedish preferred; English level B2+ for communication.
• Security-first mindset with proactive risk identification.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and resolve technical issues autonomously.

Responsibilities

• IT Administration & Support: operate workstations and local office infra (Wi‑Fi, LAN, VC).
• User Operations: onboard/offboard employees and manage hardware provisioning.
• Information Security: implement cybersecurity standards (MFA, disk encryption, OS updates).
• Asset Management: maintain inventory and licenses, procurement, and vendor service/warranty handling.
• HQ Coordination: act as SPOC for Swedish team and align with global IT & Security teams in Germany.
