Job summary

IPCO is a global industrial company undergoing digital transformation. The role focuses on harmonizing and automating finance and controlling processes within the Infor M3 CloudSuite, acting as the bridge between Finance, Controlling and IT to deliver secure, scalable solutions across global operations.

You will participate in global M3 projects, drive process improvements, and support integrations and releases. The position requires strong analytical skills and proactive ownership.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with ERP applications, preferably in a functional or process-oriented role.
• Good understanding of Finance and Controlling processes.
• Experience with application configuration, process improvement, and requirements management.
• Experience of testing and release activities.

• Manage and develop finance and controlling processes within Infor M3 CloudSuite, partnering closely with business stakeholders.
• Configure, test, and release solutions in M3, ensuring stable, scalable, and well-documented systems.
• Support integrations between M3 and surrounding applications.
• Participate in global M3 and digital transformation projects, from requirements through go-live.
• Act as an escalation point for complex, business-critical incidents, driving root cause investigations and fixes.

At IPCO, you will play a key role in shaping the future of a global industrial company through process harmonization and automation, on our global, cloud-based Infor M3 platform. You act as the trusted link between Finance, Controlling and our IT organization, translating operational needs into secure, scalable solutions across our global operations.

What You’ll Do

• Manage and develop finance and controlling processes within Infor M3 CloudSuite, partnering closely with business stakeholders.


• Configure, test, and release solutions in M3, ensuring stable, scalable, and well-documented systems.


• Support integrations between M3 and surrounding applications


• Participate in global M3 and digital transformation projects, from requirements through go-live.


• Act as an escalation point for complex, business-critical incidents, driving root cause investigations and fixes.

You are equally comfortable discussing strategic requirements with senior stakeholders as you are analysing process flows or troubleshooting complex system issues. You are structured, analytical, and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership and genuine enthusiasm for continuous improvement, and you thrive in global collaborative environments.

Qualifications

Required

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience professional experience.


• Experience working with ERP applications, preferably in a functional or process-oriented role


• Good understanding of Finance and Controlling processes.


• Experience with application configuration, process improvement, and requirements management.


• Experience of testing and release activities


• Comfortable communicating in English, both written and spoken.


• Willing to travel, for example to our sites in Fellbach, Germany, and Sandviken, Sweden depending on business needs.

• Experience from global manufacturing organisations.


• Experience with ERP integrations and enterprise application landscapes.


• Experience working in projects.


• Additional language skills are an advantage.
