As IT Manager for the PCB Assembly Solutions (PA) division, you will play a key role in ensuring that the division’s IT and Operational Technology (OT) capabilities effectively support business objectives across a global organization. While the division operates from multiple international sites, much of its leadership is based in Sweden, making this role central to driving collaboration between business and technology. This is a newly created role where you’ll have the opportunity to develop the function, shape the role and play a key part in Mycronic’s digital journey. Combining leadership with hands‑on application ownership, you’ll work close to the business and have real influence on how digital solutions create value across the organization.
PCB Assembly Solutions develops and delivers advanced production solutions for the electronics manufacturing industry. The division provides market‑leading equipment, software and digital services that enable electronics manufacturers worldwide to assemble printed circuit boards with exceptional precision, quality and efficiency. Combining technical innovation with a strong focus on production, service and digitalization, the division continues to shape the future of electronics manufacturing.
In this role, you will act as the bridge between the business and several internal IT‑functions and partners. You’ll take ownership of the division’s business‑critical applications, drive digital transformation initiatives and ensure compliance with corporate IT policies and cybersecurity requirements. This is an opportunity to combine strategic leadership with hands‑on collaboration in a truly international environment where you can make a significant impact on both technology and business. Your division consists of nearly 500 employees, around 150 of whom are based in Sweden. You will have two direct reports.
