VAROPreem is seeking a Vessel Operator to coordinate vessel deliveries from trade execution to final delivery. Act as a central contact between counterparties, vessel owners, terminals, and internal teams to ensure timely information flow and informed decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience in vessel operations, logistics or related coordination roles.
• University degree in Maritime Studies, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field is advantageous.
• Strong planning and organisational skills with ability to manage multiple activities.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor vessel deliveries from trade execution through to final delivery.
• Ensure instructions, delivery information, and documentation are accurate and available on time.
• Align internal and external stakeholders to maintain transparency around delivery status and requirements.
• Manage operational changes and unexpected deviations, escalating as needed.
• Monitor delivery data to support inventory accounting and invoicing processes.
• Contribute to safe operations, high delivery reliability, and process improvements.
• Participate in on-call rotation outside normal hours as required.
