Job summary

Svea Solar is seeking an Internal IT Support Specialist to join our four-person Internal IT team on a parental leave cover from November 2, 2026, to July 30, 2027. You’ll handle internal IT support, assist with meeting tech, laptops, access rights, and ticketing.

You don’t need ten years of experience—just a solid IT education, hands-on hardware skills, and a proactive, service-minded attitude. The role offers exposure to CRM/ERP, IAM, IT security, networking, and more, with four days per week

Qualifications

• IT education from high school or higher education.
• Experience with IT support.
• Experience with ticket management using Jira or similar.
• Hands-on experience with computers and hardware.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Comfortable working from our office 4 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide internal IT support for Svea Solar employees.
• Manage and resolve support tickets, escalate CRM/ERP issues as needed.
• Assist with access rights and IAM-related tasks.
• Gain exposure to infrastructure, security, networking, and hardware areas.
