Job summary

Svea Solar is seeking an Internal IT Support Specialist to join our four‑person Internal IT team on a parental leave cover from November 2, 2026, to July 30, 2027. You will support colleagues with day-to-day IT needs and keep the workspace running smoothly.

Expect to troubleshoot laptops, manage tickets in Jira, help with access rights, and escalate issues to teams working with CRM, ERP or Data & Analytics. There is room to broaden into infrastructure, IAM, IT security, networking and hardware.

Qualifications

• Comfortable working from our office 4 days per week

We're now looking for an Internal IT Support Specialist to join our four-person Internal IT team on a parental leave cover from November 2, 2026, until July 30, 2027.

The team and the role

Your days will be varied. Very varied. We're a high-paced environment, so you'll need to be comfortable switching between different tasks and occasionally rolling up your sleeves to handle the less glamorous stuff too.

One moment, you might be making sure a meeting room works before an important presentation. The next, you're troubleshooting a laptop, managing a support ticket, helping with access rights, or escalating an issue to colleagues working with CRM, ERP or Data & Analytics.

This is a parental leave cover, but we want your time with us to be valuable beyond the assignment. Your main focus will be providing internal IT support, with the opportunity to broaden your skills and take on additional responsibilities over time. So depending on your performance and interests, you may also get exposure to areas such as infrastructure, IAM, IT security, networking and hardware.

Are we a match?

You don't need ten years of experience. In fact, we're more interested in your attitude and willingness to learn.

What matters is that you:

• Have an IT education, either from high school or further education
• Have previous experience working with IT support
• Have experience with ticket management, using Jira or a similar system
• Have hands‑on experience with computers and hardware
• Have a strong level of English, both written and spoken
• Are comfortable working from our office 4 days per week

It would be a plus if you have experience with:

• Microsoft Admin Center, Entra ID, Azure and/or IAM
• If you are interested in continuing to grow within IT at Svea Solar, it is a plus if you have experience or a strong interest in areas such as APIs and integrations, PowerShell or other scripting, automation/low-code, or practical use of AI.
