Job summary

Svea Solar is seeking an Internal IT Support Specialist to join our four‑person Internal IT team on a parental leave cover from November 2, 2026, to July 30, 2027. You will support colleagues with day-to-day IT needs and keep the workspace running smoothly.

Expect to troubleshoot laptops, manage tickets in Jira, help with access rights, and escalate issues to teams working with CRM, ERP or Data & Analytics. There is room to broaden into infrastructure, IAM, IT security, networking and hardware.

Qualifications

• IT education from high school or higher
• Experience with IT support
• Experience with ticket management (Jira or similar)
• Hands-on experience with computers and hardware
• Strong level of English
• Comfortable working from our office 4 days per week

Responsibilities

• Provide internal IT support to Svea Solar employees
• Troubleshoot laptops and hardware issues
• Manage support tickets (e.g., in Jira)
• Assist with access rights and user permissions
• Collaborate with CRM, ERP or Data & Analytics teams
