Job summary

Voyado is seeking an Interim Head of Enablement to guide the enablement function during a leave period (Dec 2026–Oct 2027). The role blends strategy with hands‑on delivery, partnering with revenue leaders and coaching a growth‑minded enablement team.

You will translate priorities into actionable plans, evolve onboarding, and drive training across industry insights, product knowledge, sales methodology, and ROI discussions, including AI‑driven learning approaches.

Qualifications

• Experience in Revenue Enablement within a SaaS company.
• Excellent stakeholder management with ability to influence at all levels.
• Strong project management from planning to execution.
• Analytical mindset with KPI and pipeline health focus.
• Proven leadership potential to oversee two revenue enablement managers.
• Deep knowledge of MEDDPICC and modern sales methodologies.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Translate company priorities and input from revenue managers into clear, coordinated plans and priorities.
• Coach the Revenue Enablement Manager to evolve onboarding for fast ramp‑up and long‑term success.
• Create and deliver training programs tailored to team needs (industry insights, product knowledge, sales methodology, ROI).
• Evolve sales methodology and embed best practices like MEDDPICC and Command of the Message.
• Use Gong and Salesforce data to identify support needs and drive improvements via enablement sprints and playbooks.
• Coach on product proficiency programs from new releases to multi‑product selling fluency.
