Job summary

Legora AB is building an AI Enablement function to empower every team to create, use, and govern AI solutions. You’d join as a high-ownership generalist, shaping initiatives across Build, Enable, and Govern streams while translating business needs into actionable AI programs.

You’ll lead trainings, run workshops, and establish governance with engineers and business teams. We value quick learning, collaboration, and a bias toward action in a fast-moving, innovative legal-tech environment.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent required.
• Several years in fast-moving environments (ops, strategy, product, consulting, program management, or similar).
• Genuinely AI-native or on track to be; uses AI tools by default.
• True generalist capable of switching between strategy, delivery, and people work in one day.
• Excellent learning speed and receptiveness to feedback; strong, low-ego communication.

Responsibilities

• Own initiatives end-to-end across Build, Enable and Govern streams.
• Translate business needs into AI enablement programs and governance.
• Lead training, workshops, and documentation to drive adoption of AI across Legora.
• Coordinate with engineers and stakeholders to move projects forward.
