Responsibilities

• Lead integrations: Run multiple concurrent partner implementations from scoping to go-live.
• Bridge tech & business: Translate complex technical solutions into clear business outcomes.
• Own technical documentation: Maintain developer docs, API guides, and integration specs.
• Troubleshoot & guide: Resolve issues in real time and guide partners through APIs/workflows.
• Drive efficiency with AI: Use AI tools to accelerate delivery and adoption.
• Collaborate cross-functionally: Align with Product, Engineering, and Commercial teams.
• Feedback & continuous improvement: Turn insights into actions to enhance Sesamy’s platform.
