Job summary

Klarna in Sweden is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead partner integrations across the full implementation lifecycle, from scoping to go-live and beyond. You’ll work hands-on with Product, Engineering, and Go-to-Market to align on integration scope and delivery priorities.

The role requires 3+ years in delivery management, strong API know-how, and the ability to explain technical issues to both engineers and partners. Swedish proficiency is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in technical program or delivery management, partner-led implementations, or complex integration delivery — in payments, fintech, or a related industry.
• Understand integrations, APIs, and system architectures well enough to troubleshoot them yourself.
• You use AI tools yourself and push for their use to accelerate delivery.
• You can explain a technical problem clearly to both engineering and partners.
• You know your way around e-commerce platforms, shop systems, or payment solutions.
• You drive toward a solution without waiting for priority to be set by others.
• You have working proficiency in Swedish.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple concurrent partner implementations from scoping through go-live.
• Troubleshoot technical issues in real time and guide partners through APIs and payment processing.
• Use AI tools to move faster through delivery work and advocate their use across the team.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Go-to-Market to define integration scope and delivery priorities.
• Ensure implementations meet Klarna's quality bar beyond the basics of operation.
• Turn learnings about partner systems and the payments ecosystem into concrete feedback for products and frameworks.
