Capgemini Sweden is seeking an Integration Subpractice Leader to drive growth of the Integration practice across Stockholm, Göteborg, Helsingborg and Malmö. You will manage team managers, shape strategy with the Head of Integrations & APIs, and lead delivery with strong architectural leadership in an AI-enabled era.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience as a people manager, ideally including manager-of-managers responsibility.
• Track record of building high-performing teams through coaching and development planning.
• Experience or strong interest in applying agentic AI concepts within modern integration landscapes.
• Strong experience with hyperscalers (Azure, AWS, GCP) and integration platforms like Boomi, MuleSoft, Workato.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop team managers across Stockholm, Göteborg, Helsingborg and Malmö.
• Drive capability and talent planning: hiring, onboarding, upskilling, and communities of practice.
• Establish operating rhythm across sites with governance, staffing, quality gates and follow-up.
• Collaborate with Head of Integrations & APIs to shape strategy and subpractice development.
• Lead client-facing advisory and delivery engagements with architecture leadership.
