Job summary

Xensam Ltd. in Sweden seeks a Senior Integration Engineer to design and build integrations and automation that connect Xensam’s product, R&D, and business systems.

You will own integrations through architecture, development, testing, and deployment, ensuring security and scalability. You will work with APIs, identity solutions, SaaS platforms, and automation to cut manual work, improve data quality, and enable systems to work together reliably.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in integration engineering, backend development, automation, or a similar technical role.
• Strong experience designing, building, and maintaining APIs, system integrations, and secure data flows across SaaS and internal platforms.
• Hands-on experience with PowerShell, Bash, Python, or similar technologies.
• Experience with identity and access management, including OAuth, SSO, provisioning, API permissions, and application registrations.
• Experience working with Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, or similar enterprise platforms.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Design secure and scalable integrations between Xensam’s product, R&D, and business systems.
• Analyze cross-functional workflows and translate requirements into reliable APIs and data flows.
• Build, test, and maintain production-grade integrations and automation using PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
• Design and maintain identity and access integrations across Microsoft Entra ID and SaaS platforms.
• Develop integrations with Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, and collaboration platforms.
• Build and improve automated workflows for lifecycle events and data synchronization.
• Ensure testing, monitoring, logging, error handling, and security controls.
• Collaborate closely with R&D and other teams to improve integration architecture.
