Job Description: Integration & Technical Delivery Specialist

At Sesamy we’re building a smart platform and APIs that empower publishers, creators, and media companies to monetize digital content seamlessly. Our central headquarters and office are located at Skeppargatan 65 in Stockholm, where our team collaborates to build flexible, high-performing digital ecosystem solutions.

When a partner integrates Sesamy's products, someone has to turn scoping conversations and API documentation into something that actually goes live — and stays working. That’s you. You'll work hands-on across the full implementation lifecycle, from scoping and solution alignment through go-live and beyond, running multiple concurrent partner implementations at once.

Acting as a vital bridge between tech and business, you translate technical capabilities into commercial value and bring business needs into engineering discussions. You’ll be the person partners call when something breaks — troubleshooting technical issues in real time, guiding them through APIs and digital content workflows, and maintaining complete ownership over our technical documentation so it stays clear, accurate, and continuously updated as our platform evolves. You’ll also leverage AI tools to move faster through that work, driving real efficiency across the team.

You’ll work closely with Product, Engineering, and Operations to define integration scope, set delivery priorities, and ensure that everything meets Sesamy’s high standards for quality and user experience. Because you’ll understand partner systems, digital publishing platforms, you’ll feed your insights back into how Sesamy builds — improving our products, integration frameworks, and developer experience.

What you'll do

• Lead Integrations: Run multiple concurrent partner implementations from scoping and solution alignment all the way through to go-live.
• Bridge Tech & Business: Translate complex technical solutions into clear business outcomes for commercial teams, while advocating for partner and market needs in discussions with Engineering and Product.
• Own Technical Documentation: Take end-to-end ownership of our developer documentation, API guides, and integration specs—ensuring they are continuously updated, easy to follow, and reflect the latest platform updates.
• Troubleshoot & Guide: Solve technical issues in real time and guide partners through APIs, webhooks, digital content distribution, and subscription management workflows.
• Drive Efficiency with AI: Use AI tools to accelerate delivery work, improve internal workflows, and push for their adoption across the team.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with Product, Engineering, and Commercial teams to define integration scope, align delivery priorities, and uphold Sesamy’s high quality bar.
• Feedback & Continuous Improvement: Turn insights gained from partner systems and integration challenges into actionable feedback to enhance Sesamy’s products and developer frameworks.

Who You Are

• Experience: You have 3+ years of experience in technical program/delivery management, partner-led implementations, or complex integration delivery — ideally within digital content, media tech, ad agency or SaaS ecosystems.
• Technical Depth & Ownership: You understand APIs, webhooks, and system architectures well enough to troubleshoot issues yourself and take pride in keeping technical documentation spotless and up to date.
• Tech-to-Business Communicator: You move comfortably between deep technical discussions with engineering teams and strategic commercial conversations with partners and executive stakeholders.
• AI-Minded: You actively use AI tools to speed up delivery, improve docs, or streamline processes, encouraging your teammates to do the same.
• Domain Knowledge: You know your way around SaaS, digital publishing, subscription models, or digital asset workflows.
• Payments Experience: It's a plus if you have experience working with payments or payment systems.
• Self-Driven & Accountable: You naturally take ownership, drive implementations forward without waiting for directions, and hold yourself and your work to a high standard.
