Job summary

Stegra is hiring an Information Management Manager in Boden, Sweden. You will lead the document control team within Project Services, ensuring documentation meets project standards and is accessible throughout the lifecycle.

You will drive EDMS usage, coordinate with EPCM partners and suppliers, and develop reporting to provide visibility on deliverables and status. A permanent role with probation is offered.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in document control or information management.
• Strong understanding of document and data requirements in construction projects.
• Experience with Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS), especially Omega 365 and Autodesk Construction Cloud.
• Experience leading and developing document control teams.
• Knowledge of Master Document Registers (MDR) and Document Distribution Matrices (DDM).
• Experience with contractors, EPCM partners, suppliers, and multidisciplinary project teams.
• Strong data analytics, reporting, and visualization skills.
• Professional English communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the team of Area Document Controllers across the project.
• Develop and improve document management procedures, standards, and instructions.
• Lead the EDMS (Omega 365) usage and guidance across the project.
• Collaborate with EPCM partners, OEMs, and suppliers to meet documentation standards.
• Manage MDR and DDM to track project deliverables.
• Improve the quality and structure of project information for construction, commissioning, and handover.
• Develop integrations between EDMS and other information management platforms, including Asset Information Management.
• Create dashboards and reports showing documentation status and progress.
