Job summary

Stegra is seeking a Project Cost Controller to join the Project Delivery team in Boden, Sweden. You will sit within Project Controls and support cost control activities across the project area, collaborating with Project Managers, EPCM partners, Finance, Procurement and Planning.

You will help ensure accurate cost tracking, forecasting and reporting to support project execution and decision-making, while contributing to a safe, inclusive and efficient work environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of cost control experience
• Experience in industrial, construction or EPCM projects
• Degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering or related field
• Understanding of budgets, forecasting, reporting and change management
• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• English fluency; Swedish is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Support cost control within an assigned project area
• Review cost reports, forecasts, commitments, accruals and change orders
• Prepare cost forecasts, variance analyses, cash flow information, and monthly reporting
• Monitor project cost performance and identify trends, risks and deviations
• Collaborate with PMs, Finance, Procurement, Planning and EPCM partners
• Maintain project cost reports, dashboards and documentation
• Contribute to reliable and transparent project reporting throughout execution
