Job summary

Toyota Material Handling Europe is recruiting a Talent Acquisition Specialist for our People Engagement team. You will drive recruitment strategy, manage the full lifecycle, and enhance our employer brand across forums.

Based in Mjölby/Sweden with hybrid options, you will work with HR, Corporate Communications and local HR to recruit top talent across Europe. You will lead end-to-end recruitment, develop pipelines, and monitor market trends while leveraging Talentsoft, LinkedIn Recruiter, and

Qualifications

• Five years' experience in recruitment or HRBP roles.
• Degree required.
• Proficient in full-cycle recruiting and assessment methods.
• Excellent communication and networking skills.
• Experience in international, cross-functional settings.
• Knowledge of sourcing, recruitment marketing, and employer branding.
• Experience with HRIS and ATS systems.
• Project management skills.
• Fluent Swedish and English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine recruitment processes.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment across functions and levels.
• Monitor TA trends and improve tools and processes.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future needs.
• Lead development projects in Talent Acquisition and People Engagement.
• Responsible for frame agreements with external recruitment agencies.
• Develop and maintain Talentsoft recruitment module and train HR users.
• Support Diversity, Equity & Inclusion in hiring.
• Generate recruitment analytics and KPI reports for decision-making.
