Job summary

Toyota Material Handling Europe is recruiting a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the People Engagement team. The role drives recruitment strategy, oversees end-to-end recruitment, and maintains our Talentsoft recruitment module within the HRIS, collaborating with HR, Corporate Communications and local HR teams across Europe.

The position offers a hybrid work arrangement with partial remote work one to two days per week, based at the European Headquarters in Mjölby, Sweden.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of experience in recruitment, HRBP or similar roles.
• Proficiency in full-cycle recruiting using competence-based interview techniques, tests and evaluation methods.
• Experience with international, cross-functional environments and modern sourcing techniques.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine the recruitment process.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment across functions and levels, supporting hiring managers and ensuring a good candidate experience.
• Monitor TA trends, refine processes, systems and tools; build talent pipelines for current and future needs.
• Lead development projects in Talent Acquisition and related People Engagement initiatives.
• Oversee frame agreements with external recruitment agencies and maintain Talentsoft HRIS module training for HR and managers.
• Support DEI initiatives within the hiring process and generate recruitment analytics and KPI reports.
