Job summary

Thales Stockholm-based role seeks a Service Delivery Manager to lead support and maintenance contracts for Government Solutions. You will ensure SLA adherence, coordinate with Thales and external partners, and drive customer satisfaction.

The position requires an engineering degree, 5+ years in service delivery/project management for IT, and ITIL certification. Excellent English and Swedish communication are essential, with European travel possible.

Qualifications

Engineering degree in Computer Science/IT or related field.
At least five years of experience in service delivery management or project management for IT solutions.
ITIL Foundation certification.
Excellent communication skills in English and Swedish.
Willingness to travel within Europe on short notice.
Eligibility for security clearance for Swedish customer.
Experience working with remote teams.
Experience in government-related activities is a plus.

Responsibilities

Act as the primary customer interface for S&M contracts.
Manage customer accounts with regular reporting and proposals in coordination with Sales.
Monitor incident resolution and SLA compliance; handle escalations.
Track contract financial performance and drive customer satisfaction.
Manage third-party contracts and performance monitoring.
Coordinate actions with third parties and internal support teams.
Plan and execute changes in coordination with technical teams.
Coordinate preventive maintenance activities and reporting.
