  • Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience leading technical teams, technical deliveries or engineering projects.
  • Experience coordinating complex multidisciplinary development projects.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to drive planning, prioritisation and follow-up of technical activities.
  • Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, plan and coordinate security-related project activities, serving as a central point of contact for IT architecture, cyber security and IT system design.
  • Coordinate security governance and assurance activities, including security documentation, accreditation artefacts, policies, procedures, risk registers and supporting evidence.
  • Identify, analyse and verify security requirements, review technical security solutions and ensure requirements are understood and implemented.
  • Coordinate security risk assessments, follow up mitigation actions and support technical teams and project leadership in security-related decisions.
  • Support collaboration, knowledge sharing and continuous improvement through workshops, customer meetings, sprint reviews and security-related training material.

Are you a technically minded leader who enjoys coordinating specialists and driving complex engineering projects? We are looking for a Technical Project Manager / Team Lead for an assignment in Lund, focused on the development and integration of secure IT systems in a demanding defence environment.

Your role

You will combine technical leadership with project management, planning and coordination. Working alongside IT Architects, Cyber Security Engineers and IT System Engineers, you will help deliver solutions that meet stringent requirements for security, availability and performance.

You will coordinate technical activities and deliveries across engineering teams, customers and internal stakeholders, supporting the full development lifecycle—from concept and design to integration, verification and deployment.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead, plan and coordinate security-related project activities, serving as a central point of contact for IT architecture, cyber security and IT system design.
  • Coordinate security governance and assurance activities, including security documentation, accreditation artefacts, policies, procedures, risk registers and supporting evidence.

Required qualifications
  • A master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.

Meriting experience
  • Cyber Security, IT Architecture, Systems Engineering or Software Engineering.
  • Defence, aerospace, maritime or other safety-critical industries.
  • Secure system development and integration.
  • Working with classified information.
Location

Lund. Business travel within Sweden and internationally may be required. Swedish citizenship is required.
