Job summary

Hitachi Energy Ltd. in Västerås, Sweden, seeks a Customer Support Specialist to join the Marketing and Sales team for Transformers. You will be part of the Order and Project support team, coordinating orders and projects, including shipping, invoicing, and settlements, while collaborating with multiple departments to ensure a positive customer experience.

Ideal candidates have experience in similar roles, SAP knowledge, and strong communication skills. Fluency in Swedish and English is required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in similar roles and industry is advantageous.
• Knowledge in SAP is a strong advantage.
• Customer- and solution-oriented with a service mindset.
• Driven, well organized and able to prioritize daily work.
• Excellent communication skills and service mindset.
• Strong technical interest and commercial understanding of doing business.
• University degree is preferred.
• Fluency in Swedish and English is required, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate customer orders and projects including shipping, delivery, invoicing and settlements of payments.
• Serve as key contact towards customers within the Order and Project support team.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, after sales, finance, planning and production.
• Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the entire process.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of processes.
• Work in an international context with factories across Europe and interact with different countries and cultures.
