Job summary

Nordea is seeking a Product Manager for Agentic Corporate Lending within Corporate Lending Digital in Business Banking. You will own the vision, strategy, and delivery of AI-powered lending solutions across the value chain, collaborating with business, design, technology, risk, and data teams to create measurable value for customers and internal stakeholders.

The role emphasizes ownership of end-to-end product delivery, scaling AI-enabled capabilities, and a strong focus on governance and risk

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management, Digital Product, or Transformation experience.
• Experience with corporate and SME lending & customers, credit processes, or corporate/ SME banking.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to influence in a matrix organization.
• Practical understanding of Agentic/GenAI including LLMs and production deployment in regulated environments is a plus.
• Experience redesigning complex operational workflows, not just interfaces.
• Proactive, self-driven with builder mentality and strong communication with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Own the agentic roadmap identifying where AI can materially improve outcomes across lending journeys.
• Redesign lending processes around human agent collaboration from origination to monitoring and servicing.
• Lead products from discovery through pilots in production and scaling across lending, credit, risk data and technology.
• Collaborate with engineering, data and architecture to build foundational capabilities: data access, APIs/MCPs, tooling, orchestration and monitoring.
• Coach the product management team to deliver Nordea's ambitions; monitor global AI trends in SME and corporate lending.
• Monitor user feedback and data to identify opportunities and define AI solution accuracy; participate in prioritization forums.
