Nordea is seeking a Senior AI Governance Specialist to join our Digital Governance team to shape, implement, and drive governance frameworks for AI solutions across Group Digital. You will design and maintain governance structures, translate regulatory requirements into actionable guidance, and ensure lifecycle governance from ideation to decommissioning.

Qualifications

Experience with AI/Model or Digital Governance in a regulated, complex organisation.
Fluency in English (spoken and written) and strong stakeholder management.

Responsabilités

Identify governance gaps, define remediation actions, and coordinate implementation across Group Digital
Design, maintain, and improve governance frameworks, standards, controls, and operating procedures
Translate regulatory obligations and internal policies into actionable guidance for delivery teams
Maintain governance throughout the AI and model lifecycle from ideation to decommissioning
Clarify roles and responsibilities related to AI and Model Governance for Product Owners and others
