Job summary

Nordea in Stockholm is seeking an experienced Expert Agentic Business Engineer to design, build, and operationalize agentic AI solutions for Asset & Wealth Management. You will translate business needs into production‑ready services with strong governance in a regulated banking environment.

Responsibilities include framing problems, designing agent workflows, and ensuring scalable, safe deployments with partnerships across Private Banking, engineering, and control functions.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience designing and building agent/workflow systems.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Strong governance, risk and compliance mindset for regulated banking.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery from idea to production: frame business problems and prototype quickly.
• Build agentic AI applications including agent workflows and tool use.
• Partner with stakeholders end-to-end to ensure adoption at scale.
• Engineer for governance and safety with guardrails and testing.
• Enable reuse and scalable patterns across use cases.
• Operate and improve production performance and cost.
