Job summary

DeLaval is seeking an experienced HRIS Manager to lead the development of our HR systems landscape and drive HR technology excellence across the organization. The role combines strategic oversight with hands-on management of SAP SuccessFactors and other HR platforms.

You will guide HR process improvements, data governance, and reporting, while leading a small HRIS team in a global, hybrid work environment with collaboration across HR and IT partners.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of HRIS/HR technology experience in international org.
• Previous people management experience.
• Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM or UKG.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and lifecycle management.
• Experience with HR data governance, reporting, analytics, and integrations.
• Knowledge of GDPR.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with global teams.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the SAP SuccessFactors platform and related HR systems, ensuring stability, security, and alignment with business needs.
• Drive HR process improvements through automation, digitalization, and best‑practice solutions.
• Lead HRIS projects, including system implementations, upgrades, and new module rollouts.
• Define and maintain HR data governance standards, ensuring high data quality and compliance with data privacy regulations.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to optimize HR systems, integrations, and reporting capabilities.
• Act as the main point of contact for HRIS‑related topics across the organization.
• Manage relationships with external vendors and implementation partners.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of 3–5 HRIS professionals.
