Job summary

GeekSoft Consulting in Stockholm, Sweden, is seeking a seasoned IT HR systems specialist for a fixed-term contract to design, build and continuously improve the client’s online platform. You will gather business requirements, coordinate HR applications, and ensure resiliency and availability of products while collaborating with business stakeholders and vendors.

Experience with SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HR, and HR/Payroll systems is required.

Qualifications

• Act as primary point of contact for HR users and IT vendors.
• Translate business requirements into IT solutions.
• Coordinate enhancements and continuous improvement across HR applications.
• Support HR processes and People Platform services.
