Job summary

Sobi in Stockholm is seeking a Senior HR Technology Manager to own global Talent Management, Succession, Performance and Engagement Surveys. You will translate business ambitions into scalable solutions and partner across HR, IT and vendors to ensure secure, compliant platforms.

Based at the Stockholm headquarters with a hybrid working model, you will lead cross-functional initiatives, govern data privacy and releases, and shape the roadmap for world-class HR technology across the organization.

Qualifications

• Global HR technology and enterprise HCM experience.
• Translate business requirements into scalable system design and continuous improvement.
• HR technology governance including security, access, data privacy, integrations, testing and release management.
• Proven ability to lead complex technology projects or workstreams with multiple functions and vendors.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a practical approach across process, system, data and integrations.
• Excellent collaboration, communication and influencing skills with the confidence to challenge constructively.
• Structured, curious and user-centered mindset with fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Own and improve global products for Talent Management, Succession, Performance and Engagement Surveys.
• Turn business needs and global standards into scalable system design and roadmaps.
• Explore skills-related use cases, platform capabilities and AI opportunities across HR tech.
• Governance backbone: security roles, access, GDPR, data privacy, DPIAs, testing and release management.
• Work with IT Automation & Integrations to maintain reliable data flows and scalable integrations.
• Lead complex HR technology initiatives from planning through implementation and stabilisation.
• Act as trusted system partner to HR, IT, Legal, InfoSec and vendors.
