Job summary

Sway Sourcing is seeking an analytical and solution-oriented HR Systems & Data Analytics Specialist for an exciting consulting assignment with a large international automotive organization.

You will develop, operate and continuously improve HR systems, data management and reporting solutions, working with HR stakeholders to translate business needs into reliable, user-friendly solutions across global HR data and analytics. Hybrid work in Södertälje, with 2–3 on-site days per week.

Qualifications

• University degree in a relevant field.
• Experience with Data Analytics, BI, Data Governance, HR IT or Enterprise Reporting.
• Experience with SAP HR applications and analytics such as SuccessFactors, Datasphere, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) or equivalent.
• Proficiency in SQL and Excel.
• Knowledge of data modelling, data quality and business analysis.
• Experience with enterprise HR applications and data.
• Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Nice to Have: Additional education or training in Data Analytics, BI, Data Governance, HR IT or Enterprise Reporting.,Experience with Power BI.,Understanding of SAP HR data models and enterprise integrations.,Knowledge of Python.,Experience with automation tools such as Power Automate, scripting or AI-assisted reporting.,Knowledge of Swedish, German or Portuguese.

We are looking for an analytical and solution-oriented HR Systems & Data Analytics Specialist for an exciting consulting assignment within a large international organization in the automotive industry.

In this role, you will support the development, operation and continuous improvement of HR systems, data management and reporting solutions. You will work closely with HR stakeholders to transform business requirements into effective, reliable and user-friendly solutions.

About the Assignment

You will play a key role in ensuring high-quality HR data, developing reporting solutions and improving HR processes and systems. The assignment combines data analytics, business analysis, system support and continuous improvement in an international environment.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• A university degree or equivalent education in Business Administration, HR, Data Analytics, Information Systems, IT or a related field.
• Experience or solid knowledge of Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Governance, HR IT or Enterprise Reporting.
• Experience working with SAP‑based HR applications and analytics solutions, such as SuccessFactors, Datasphere, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) or equivalent systems.
• Good proficiency in SQL and Excel.
• Knowledge of data modelling, data quality and business analysis.
• Experience working with enterprise applications and data, preferably within an HR environment.
• Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

Nice to Have

• Additional education or training in Data Analytics, BI, Data Governance, HR IT or Enterprise Reporting.
• Experience with Power BI.
• Understanding of SAP HR data models and enterprise integrations.
• Knowledge of Python.
