Qualifications

• Broad HR background, ideally in manufacturing
• Experience as HR Generalist or HR Business Partner
• Experience supporting both blue-collar and white-collar employees

Responsibilities

• Act as an HR partner to local business teams, providing coaching and guidance across HR topics
• Support the implementation of HR initiatives, organizational changes and compensation processes
• Equip managers with tools and best practices for performance, development and team effectiveness
• Provide advice on HR policies, procedures and employment matters
• Advise on labor law, collective agreements and policy-related matters
• Manage onboarding activities and follow-up for new employees
• Prepare and maintain job descriptions and position documentation
• Initiate and support recruitment processes with stakeholders
