• Manage Shops & Establishment, PF/ESI compliance, returns, registers and audits.
• Oversee payroll, F&F, gratuity, bonus.
• Draft HR policies, SOPs, handbook.
• Handle onboarding, exits, grievances, discipline.
• Lead recruitment and employer branding.
