Rippling is seeking an experienced Global Payroll Operations Specialist to join our expanding team in Sweden. You will own operational payroll activities across select countries, ensuring timely filings and accurate payments while partnering with external vendors and internal stakeholders.

The role requires 4+ years in global payroll, strong Sweden experience, and fluency in Swedish and English. You will collaborate with Product and Engineering to ensure payroll software supports compliance,

Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years in a global payroll role.
• Minimum 2+ years in a client-facing role.
• Strong Sweden payroll experience.
• Experience running payroll in-house with common Swedish payroll software.

Responsibilities

• Execute timely payroll, filings, and payments for all customers in key countries.
• Interface with government agencies and partners to resolve issues on behalf of customers.
• Collaborate with Global Payroll Engineering and Product teams to ensure payroll software supports compliance and correct calculations.
