Job summary

PolyPeptide Laboratories B.V. in Malmö is seeking a Head of Human Resources to enable a qualified, engaged, high-performing workforce and to partner with site leadership on organizational development and compliant HR services across the full employee lifecycle.

You will shape the site's organization, lead HR processes from recruitment to retirement, ensure payroll and data integrity, and provide professional guidance to managers and staff in Swedish and English within a global structure.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of broad, sizeable HR management experience at national/local level.
• Experience in manufacturing, preferably life sciences or regulated setting.
• Strong business acumen, financial and analytical skills.
• Senior HR business partner with transformation and cost management experience.
• Broad generalist expertise across organizational development, recruitment, learning and compensation.
• Fluent in Swedish and English; able to operate in global structures.

Responsibilities

• Act as HR partner to the Site Director and people leaders across the Malmö site.
• Lead core HR processes across the full employee lifecycle, including payroll and benefits.
• Oversee workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, learning, development, and talent management.
• Ensure efficient and compliant HR administration, including contracts and employee data.
• Support organizational development and transformation aligned with group strategy.
• Provide professional HR guidance to managers and employees, including union relations.
• Provide HR support to global functions located at the Malmö site.
• Monitor labour market trends and HR KPIs, taking proactive action when needed.
• Lead and develop the site HR team and implement Group HR tools at site level.
