Job summary

HemoCue, a Danaher company, seeks an HR Site Lead, LER at the Ängelholm headquarters to drive labor and employee relations in a compliant, high-performing environment. You will partner with HR colleagues in a matrix setting, advise managers on ER cases, lead union negotiations, ensure data accuracy, and oversee onboarding, offboarding, and HR projects aligned with business needs.

Fluent Swedish and English, 5+ years in HR with ER focus, and strong knowledge of Swedish employment law are

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Swedish and English, written and spoken.
• 5+ years HR experience with focus on labor and employee relations.
• Strong knowledge of Swedish employment law and collective bargaining.
• Proven experience in leading union negotiations and managing relationships with multiple unions.
• Excellent IT skills (Office, HR Systems, AI).

• Lead and manage labor relations, including union negotiations, consultations, and relationship management with both white- and blue-collar unions.
• Maintain high standards of HR data accuracy and reporting, ensuring compliance with our QMS and audit readiness.

• Conduct onboarding and offboarding activities.
• Managing hosted associates.
• Manage and drive HR projects that align with business objectives.

The HR Site Lead, LER, is responsible for driving labor and employee relations at the HemoCue headquarters site in Ängelholm, ensuring a compliant, constructive, and high-performing work environment.

As part of a global HR organization, you will collaborate closely with HR colleagues to ensure consistent, high-quality HR delivery while supporting a strong 'one HR' approach in a matrix environment.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent discipline.
• Proficiency in Swedish and English, written and verbally.
• 5+ years of HR experience with a strong focus on labor and employee relations
• Strong knowledge of Swedish employment law and collective bargaining frameworks
• Proven experience in leading union negotiations and managing relationships with multiple unions
• Excellent IT skills (Office Package, HR Systems, AI)
