Job summary

PolyPeptide Group seeks a seasoned Head of Human Resources for its Malmö site to lead HR strategy and operations for a 450+ employee, global manufacturing environment. The role partners with site leadership to drive organizational development, workforce planning and performance management while ensuring compliant HR processes and strong stakeholder relationships.

You will oversee payroll, benefits, recruitment and onboarding, while championing talent development, engagement and transformation

Qualifications

• Senior HR leader with 10+ years of broad HR management experience at national/local level, including populations of 200+ in international, regulated environments.
• Proven senior HR business partner with strong business acumen, financial and analytical expertise, and transformation experience.
• Broad HR generalist expertise across organizational development, recruitment, learning, engagement, compensation and lifecycle processes.
• Strong knowledge of Swedish labour law, social security, benefits and unions.

Responsibilities

• Act as HR partner to Site Director and leadership across Malmö.
• Develop organizational design, workforce planning and leadership effectiveness.
• Lead HR processes across the lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, learning, compensation, benefits, engagement, offboarding.
• Ensure compliant HR administration including payroll, time/attendance, contracts and data.
• Support transformation initiatives aligned with group strategy and site needs.
• Provide HR guidance to managers and employees, including union relations.
• Ensure HR processes are consistent with global functions at Malmö site.
• Ensure legal and policy compliance and monitor labor market trends and KPIs.
• Lead and develop the site HR team and contribute to Group HR strategy.
