Job summary

Incluso AB is seeking an HR Generalist/Recruiter to coordinate recruitment activities in Lund. This 6-month contract position starts ASAP and requires onsite presence.

The ideal candidate will drive recruitment processes, support managers, and ensure compliance with policies. Candidates should possess an HR degree and relevant experience. Fluency in English is required, with knowledge of Swedish preferred.

Overview

We are looking for an HR Generalist/Recruiter who loves recruitment for a company in Lund. The position starts ASAP and is a 6‑month contract, with a possibility of extension. This role is 100% onsite in Lund.

Responsibilities

Take a lead coordinating role and maintain oversight of all recruitment activities for allocated recruitments.

Drive and execute recruitment processes from start to finish handling everything from job postings to candidate selection, interviews, and onboarding – whilst ensuring efficiency and compliance with client policies.

Ensure consistently high service standards in all operational and administrative recruitment tasks.

Support and coach recruiting managers throughout the recruitment process.

Implement and update ways of working, procedures, guidelines, and rules within designated responsibilities.

Qualifications and Requirements

Special expertise needed: HR, recruitment, resourcing, mobility.

Education: HR university degree or equivalent.

Previous experience as a recruiter.

Previous work experience as an HR generalist is a benefit.

Excellent communication skills gained within professional work as HR recruiter or HR generalist.

Self‑driven and proactive with a service‑mindful approach.

Fluency in English required; daily work in English. Knowledge of Swedish is an advantage.
