Job summary

Ball Corporation is seeking an HR Administrator to deliver high-quality HR support across the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll administration, and HR data management. You will work with managers and employees to ensure compliant, efficient HR services and contribute to process improvements and HR initiatives.

The role requires on-site presence at the Fosie plant in Sweden, with fluency in Swedish and English and experience with HR systems like SAP SuccessFactors.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Swedish and English.
• Education in HR, Business Administration, or an equivalent combination of education and practical experience.
• Experience working with HR information systems, preferably SAP SuccessFactors or similar platforms.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused and collaborative approach.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment and onboarding activities, including employment contracts, offer documentation, interview scheduling, and new hire administration.
• Maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files in accordance with company policies and data privacy requirements.
• Administer HR systems, ensuring employee data integrity and supporting process improvements within SuccessFactors and other HR platforms.
• Provide payroll administration support, preparing payroll inputs, generating reports, and liaising with payroll stakeholders.
• Produce regular HR metrics, KPI reports, and workforce-related analyses to support business decision-making.
• Act as a first point of contact for HR-related queries, delivering professional support to employees and managers.
• Support performance management, probation reviews, employee development activities, and offboarding processes.
• Assist with workforce planning, employee benefits administration, health examinations, and other HR initiatives.
• Collaborate with HR colleagues and business leaders to continuously improve HR processes, services, and employee experience.
