Saab AB seeks a visionary Head of Red IT to lead Saab's most secure IT environments and services, guiding the group's digital transformation with a strong emphasis on resilience, security and trusted operations.

You will shape the operating model for Red IT, drive infrastructure modernisation, establish common platforms and guardrails, and partner with business units to deliver secure, scalable on‑premises solutions and AI readiness.

Competenze

• Academic degree in a relevant field.
• Strong leadership for infra and platforms.
• Experience with infrastructure transformation in regulated/high-security environments.
• Fluent in Swedish and English (written and spoken).

Mansioni

• Lead, develop and engage employees and leaders within Red IT.
• Drive modernisation and technology renewal while ensuring security, resilience and compliance.
• Ensure trusted environments that support critical business operations.
• Define strategy and roadmap for Red IT aligned with security requirements.
• Ensure secure, resilient and efficient operations and lifecycle management across Red IT.
• Establish Infrastructure as Code, automation and standardised practices for on‑prem environments.
• Develop on‑prem infrastructure and platform capabilities to enable secure AI adoption.
• Drive protection, risk management and compliance in collaboration with security teams.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate needs into secure, sustainable solutions.
