Job summary

Tobii is seeking a hands-on Community & Content Lead for Tobii Gaming to own the voice across key communities and channels. You will build engagement, publish content across formats, and nurture creator, ambassador and partner relationships.

You will turn insights into action, drive launches, campaigns and events, and collaborate with product, marketing and ecommerce to grow awareness and community impact.

Qualifications

• Experience building and growing engaged gaming communities.
• Experience creating digital content across formats.
• Experience with creators, influencers or ambassador programs.
• Ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
• Strong communication and native-level English.
• Familiarity with flight sims, space sims, sim racing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute Tobii Gaming’s community and social strategy across platforms.
• Create and publish content across formats, including short-form video.
• Identify trends and opportunities within gaming communities.
• Develop ambassador and influencer programs with performance tracking.
• Collaborate with product, partner marketing and ecommerce teams.
• Use data and metrics to improve content and engagement.
