Job summary

Tobii Gaming is seeking a hands-on Community & Content Lead to own Tobii Gaming’s social presence and creator ecosystem. You will connect with a global gaming audience, turning insights into engaging content, conversations and initiatives.

You will manage ambassador and influencer programs, collaborate closely with product, marketing and ecommerce teams, and participate in events to strengthen Tobii’s position in the market.

Qualifications

• Experience building and growing engaged gaming communities across social platforms.
• Experience creating digital content across formats such as social posts and short-form video.
• Experience working with creators, influencers or ambassador programs.
• Ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution using insights and data to continuously improve engagement.
• Strong communication skills and native-level English.
• Familiarity with communities around flight sims, combat sims, space sims and sim racing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute Tobii Gaming’s community and social media strategy across key platforms, building engagement and strong relationships with gamers, creators and ambassadors.
• Create and publish content across formats and channels, bringing product launches, campaigns, gaming trends and community moments to life.
• Identify trends, conversations and opportunities within gaming communities and turn them into impactful initiatives.
• Develop and manage the ambassador and influencer programs, including creator relationships, activations and performance tracking.
• Collaborate closely with product, partner marketing and ecommerce teams to drive awareness, engagement and growth.
• Use community insights, data and performance metrics to continuously improve content, communication and future opportunities.
• Join selected gaming events, partner activities and industry gatherings.
