Saab AB in Sweden seeks a Head of ERP within Group IT to shape and lead Saab's central ERP platform and its future development. You will drive modernisation, governance and a scalable delivery model aligned with business and technology priorities.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, vendors and partners to maximise platform value, while ensuring security, architecture integrity and responsible cost management. Some travel to engage teams and business areas is expected.

Qualifications

• Academic degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong people leadership and talent development skills.
• Experience leading ERP or enterprise platform organisations, combining reliable operational delivery with transformation.
• Strong understanding of ERP platforms such as IFS, SAP or equivalent, including business processes, architecture, integration and lifecycle management.
• Experience establishing scalable operating models and platform governance that enable decentralised development and adaptation within clear responsibilities, common standards and guardrails.
• Strong business understanding and ability to translate business priorities into platform roadmaps and measurable outcomes.
• Strong stakeholder, vendor and partner management capabilities in large, complex and global organisations.
• Experience from the defence industry or other highly regulated industries is considered an advantage.
• Fluency in both Swedish and English, both written and spoken.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop employees and leaders within the area building the capabilities and ownership needed for a scalable platform organisation.
• Lead the development and evolution of Saab's ERP platform.
• Define and drive the ERP platform strategy and roadmap.
• Drive platform modernisation and lifecycle management.
• Establish a scalable and standardised ERP platform that supports future business needs.
• Drive adoption of automation, analytics and AI-enabled platform capabilities.
• Guide platform architecture and integration with Saab's wider technology landscape.
• Ensure platform stability, security, scalability and operational performance.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, vendors and strategic partners to maximise platform value.
• Take financial ownership of the area and contribute actively to the management team.
