You will be a leader who blends technical excellence with strong people management, driving cross‑functional collaboration and a culture that values customer outcomes and speed.

Qualifications

• Experience leading engineers in a product-focused tech company.
• Ability to develop engineers and raise performance without bureaucracy.
• Strong understanding of modern software development practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the engineering team across product areas (three areas).
• Shape how we use AI to build better products and move faster.
• Bring engineers closer to customers to define problems, not just deliver solutions.
• Create a high‑standard engineering culture with clear ownership and minimal bureaucracy.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, Data, and the Principal Architect to translate ideas into real products.
• Make major decisions on people, priorities, and ways of working.
