Our engineering team is small and senior, and it is about to grow. How we hire, work and ship over the next years will define the company we become.

You will lead our engineers as people: hiring, growing and supporting them, and making sure the team ships fast without cutting corners. You will work closely with our Head Architect, who leads the technical direction.
